It was just ok.

Location was excellent.

1. They didn’t clean the room for the duration of my stay 2. No WiFi connection, although it was advertised that there was ‘throughout the hotel’

Beautiful location, nice staff, but...

The surroundings are breath taking. Make sure to book a room with an ocean view. Amazing nature and sunset. The staff was very nice and helpful, but I will not stay here again, if I visit El Nido...

The breakfast area was like a train station - No room for the actual guests, because the staff was taking up all of the tables and chairs. The staff was working in the area from 6 am till about 11 pm. Very noisy and we didnt feel like we were on a vacation, when we had our breakfast... Very unfortunate - and they smoked a lot in the area too.... The water smelled like sewage - be careful!!! It made me and my boyfriend very sick. It's a common thing in El Nido though....

A great hotel, shame it is in El Nido

The hotel room itself was very nice, clean comfortable room, good breakfast and good location. Only downside was the bad water and the awful stench that it left in the room .

The serious problem that El Nido has with its water, we only stayed 48 hours and both myself and my partner were very ill, the hotel staff are upfront about this but it is very, very bad.

Good location.

Good location. Close to the boats. Great sunsets from the beach. Beach is not so noisy as in El Nido. You can find shops, restaurants, laundry, bike rental just near the hotel.

If you need to "catch" someone on the desk, be ready to spend about 20 min. No water in the room in the morning! (So no shower or toilet). The water when present is stinks like someone died in the water system. Breakfast is too small and too simple.

Breakfast we good, Wi-Fi only available in public areas, but worked fine. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Water & electricity went off a few times but to be expected as seems to happen every where in El Nido.

Staff will try and scam more money out of you

Room was fine, good air con. Bathroom was ok (but ran out of water frequently).

We arrived late in the evening, the reception staff then tried to charge us double the price for our pre-booked room. When we showed them the confirmation email they looked caught out. They told us breakfast was included, then tried to charge us for breakfast on check out. Awful staff with no manners or customer service skills. No wifi anywhere, breakfast was poor. Stay elsewhere - better value for money down the street and you avoid the scamming staff.

Worst stay ever.

Beachfront, courtyard, tour boats come right to the property.

Tv wasn't working, ants, water went out, roof was leaking (eventually leaked all over our bed and personal items), termites, ongoing construction for almost two weeks without warning, tour guide wasn't around even after making a reservation, online says babysitting services are available when they weren't, bedding was insufficient and barely covered the bed or us, staff was talking bad about us our first day there.

Basic rooms, but nice customer service

I liked the people who runs the place, everybody is helpful and nice. Internet is really fast and fairly close to the airport.

Even though the rooms have ensuite bathroom, they are really small and the window is tiny.

Everything. We welcomed as if we the staff's worst enemy. We were told lies about the rooms. The worst "hotel" I have ever stayed at. It's only redeeming feature was it's location. The only people who should consider staying in this place are the lowest of the low back packers. The food was dreadful, there was no hot water (sometimes no water at all). It is a disgrace to call this place a hotel. The 'free WiFi' was non-existent.

They didn’t even know we had booked First thing they said when we arrived we need credit card for booking and regreatinly we paid there and then the price you can get much better for the same price PLEASE look to know what they are going to give you as this becomes an major issue when asking for a different room after we passed through the building site I kid you not then down some dark alley the Rooms are cramped supposing family room dangerous shelving sticking out dark dingy room they 2 double Beds just fitted in I complained as it was wrong what we had got the moved only one of our party the others had to stay put and suffer wouldn’t recommend at all much better around for cheaper
